Pam Ernest serves as the Head Editor and Podcast Producer for Crimson Crow Press. She is a certified copyeditor and proofreader with specialized expertise in line editing, stylistic refinement, and the development of detailed style sheets. Pam also provides developmental editing support, focusing on narrative clarity and structure while ensuring each author’s voice remains central to the work. She adheres to the Chicago Manual of Style and maintains a consistent, detail‑oriented editorial approach across all projects.

A published author and experienced podcast producer, Pam oversees the editorial and audio production pipelines for the press’s multimedia storytelling initiatives. Her fourteen‑year background as a librarian supports her skills in research, information organization, and reader‑focused communication, strengthening her ability to guide authors through both craft and revision.

Pam has been a below‑knee amputee since 1999 and is an active advocate for the amputee and broader disability community. She is committed to increasing visibility for disabled writers and storytellers, encouraging emerging voices, and fostering a creative environment where disabled authors feel supported, represented, and celebrated.
